Thank you for purchasing my art.  Please be aware that shipping may be delayed due to Covid-19.  Unfortunately any delays are beyond my control.  If you are shopping for a special occasion please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.  Thank you for your understanding!

PRICING

I got a discount!  How do I use it?

Discounts found on the shop should automatically be applied to your total.  If it is not reflected enter it during checkout.  For special discounts sent via email you must enter the code manually.  Missing out these exclusive savings?  Sign up for the club and never miss out again!

How long will my art take to get to me and how much will it cost?
Shipping times and prices are determined by your location. 

Please note shipping can be delayed for any reason at any time, most recently shipping has been delayed because of Covid-19.  Please give yourself extra time if you are ordering for a special occasion or gift. 

Please make sure you have entered your address correctly.  Triple check!  I use different fulfillment companies for my shop so an incorrect address may be impossible to change or cancel. 

RETURNS + REFUNDS

I changed my mind, can I exchange my art?
At present, exchanges and returns are not allowed.  All sales are final.  

My artwork arrived damaged, can I get a refund?
Oh no!  I’m sorry that happened!  Refunds are available for excessively damaged art (not damaged packaging).  Please send me an email if this happens.
