Exchanges or returns are not issued at the moment due to the way our business is structured. If any items arrive damaged (the actual art and not the packaging) please contact us so we can help.
If you received the incorrect art (due to an inventory/labeling issue on our part) please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send your order info and photos and we will send you the correct art or issue a refund.
Refunds are only issued if your item arrived damaged (the actual art and not the packaging). Email us (email@example.com) with photos of the damaged items to start a conversation.
Late or missing refunds
Check your bank account if you haven’t received your refund.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
